trying to get back on the wagon

hi! i lost 30lbs with weight watchers last year and i have fallen off the wagon. i just cannot seem to get focused! i am only 6-8lbs from goal but it seems that i am maintaining at this weight. problems is it is higher than my healthy weight range and i know i am not eating healthy. i get on a kick to eat healthier and then i give up again becuase i just loooove bad food : ) any pointers? i exercise and everything but i think that is why i am maintaining...thanks!

    1. Start logging everything you eat. Once it's there in front of your face, it will make you more accountable.
    2. Drink water.
    3. Figure out if you are a comfort eater or a boredom eater. Identifying your triggers will help tremendously.

  • thanks. im an everything eater lol im a foodie and i just enjoy flavor and trying new things...kind of have a love affair with food....my boyfriend and i enjoy eating out and food in general....i refer to ourselves as fat kids because we just love all food! if it is in front of me i eat it....good part is we like healthy stuff just as much as not healthy stuff....

    How about not labeling food as good or bad?
