Hello, fellow MyFitnessPal members. My name is Nicole. I am trying to lose weight but struggling to do that. Some people are lucky to have fast metabolism and overall healthy bodies. In my case, I have slow metabolism, an emotional tendency to eat what is bad for my body, and find myself wanting to improve. What I am saying sounds kind of like a cliche introduction. But, I am hoping this place will help guide me in the right direction for my life.
