I LOVE pizza! One of my favorite places to get is Papa Murphy's Take and Bake. The ingredients are fresh and so awesome:smooched: . However I am having trouble finding the calorie contents for the one I ALWAYS order: The Rancher deLite (Real canadian bacon, premium pepperoni, beef and onion mix). However ask them to substitute fresh mushrooms instead of pepperoni - DONE. However on MFP and all other sites I cannot find the count for my less fattening version. Help - is there some special place in cyberspace that I can have it my way :flowerforyou: ?

I went to your site and it is one that I already printed. The information for the Regular Rancher Pizza at Papa Murphy's is all over the place even MFP. I need the information if you remove the pepperoni on the rancher and replace it with mushrooms. Thanks anywho - looking like I am not going to find the answer to this question0

My thoughts are that most pepperoni is approx 130 calories per 1oz (15 slices) serving, and mushrooms are 15 calories for 1 cup serving. I would think you'd have approx 1 cup of mushrooms on the pizza. So if you can figure out how many servings of the pepperoni would normally be on the pizza you could subtract that from the total calorie count of the pizza, then add in your mushroom count and then further cut it down by how many servings are in the pizza
Example: a whole Rancher Pizza is 1700 calories (170x10), lets say two servings of pepperonis 260 (130x2), and you want to remove them so you'd have 1700-260=1440, plus the 1 cup of mushrooms 1440+15=1455. You'd then take the 1455 and divide by number of servings (10 in a deLite pizza) and you'd have about 145.5 calories a slice (1455/10).
Just a rough estimate. I'm sure you could get better info if you called Papa Murphy's and see how many slices of pepperoni they put on the pizza.
Hope this helps some.0
