My names Becki and I’ve been on and off with MFP for a few years while trying different diets 😳, for the last 10months or so I’ve been following slimming world (U.K.) and have managed to lose just over a stone but I’m finding the plan too restrictive for my new lifestyle, I’ve started to run, I’m training for a 10k in my town in May but I’ve also discovered a love for exercise so I’m going to attempt the diet side of things alone using MFP to keep me on track! If anyone has any tips or advice I would appreciate it, I’ve changed my goal from being that focused on weight loss to my overall fitness and wellbeing (and if I can drop a few dress sizes in the meantime that’ll be a bonus) so hey 👋 thanks for reading! X

    Set MFP to lose 0.5lb per week, but sone food scales, eat back your exercise cals.
