Is my calorie goal correct?

I have a calorie goal of 1640ish, set by my fitness pal itself, apparently it will allow me to maintain, but I’m not very physically active and I’m only 5,2 ft tall. I maintain roughly on 1400 on busy days

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you know from experience that you maintain on 1400 calories I would go with that - MFP gives calorie goals based on statistical averages, so it's possible your individual calorie needs could be lower. You can override MFP's suggestion in the goals setting. Hope that helps.6

However I would hasten to mention that there is a difference between a rough, back of the napkin, caloric count based on food consumption recall, and an accurately weighed and correct entries chosen, complete Caloric count with every little thing logged before it is consumed. 200 calories in un-noticed extras are far from improbable.7

The numbers MFP gave you are for real calories, not loosely logged calories.4

so...is there a question here?
Set your GOAL at whatever you like.0
