Today was my vegan anniversary and I am so happy I made this choice 3 years ago!
Starting Weight: 225lbs
Current Weight: 138lbs
Starting size: 24
Current Size: 2
To be fair I lost most of my weight from January of this year until now because I really focused my diet on Whole Foods and began lifting heavy!
