I would like diet buddies of any age or gender but it would be nice to have some women buddies in the same age bracket as me. I have been here before and lost weight but have regained it. I need the help and support of those who understand.

The principles of weightloss are universal, and over the years I have seen that many weightloss challenges are pretty common, and I think that a person's individual challenges are only partly related to age and gender.0

I'm 63 and have lots of younger people on my FL. They have struggles too, and sometimes I can help them out. They, on the other hand; inspire me and keep me up to date with modern problems. I enjoy them. Losing weight is pretty much the same at any age--calorie deficit. At our age exercise is important for mobility and balance. I swim, do acquagym, yoga, stretching, strength training and lots of walking. I have a new grandson--10 mos, and it's a joy to be able to pick him up easily. That's a good reason to lose the weight. Best of luck and welcome back.0
