I have lost a total 25 pounds weighing 182 to 185, fluctuations still. I know it's mostly about energy in needs to be less than energy out, but does anyone know any high protein vegetarian friendly meals I could try out on here to help with my meal prepping. And abdominal workouts?

    If you're a vegetarian, your protein will come from eggs and dairy, in addition to beans, grains, and to a small extent, vegetables.
    How high protein are we talking, and why?
    Are you meal prepping already? If not, it's not really relevant? If you are, just prep away?
    The best exercise is the exercise you actually do.
    You can't spot reduce.
