I enjoyed reading this and watching the videos. I do some work with a pull-up bar but it does make me want to go play on the monkey bars. Thanks for sharing.1

I've helped heal two rotator cuff tears by doing hanging therapy. I went very easy on it at first -- I loved using the overhead single armed lat pulldown machine. Loading a very light weight on it, putting my hand around the grips and then just sitting down and let the light weight gently pull up on my shoulder. Helped my unfreeze my shoulder the one time but it took a lot of patience and consistency. I replaced my lifting 3 times a week with PT three times a week.1
