Apple Watch Indoor Walk vs Outdoor Walk

I've had my Apple watch for just a couple of weeks but I've already dropped about five pounds thanks to this little thing. I have a specific scenario I need to ask about the workout app. At work we have a very large training room with very high ceilings. Along the top of one wall are windows running from corner to corner.
Would indoor walk be the right workout to use, or outdoor because of the windows? I know indoor simply counts arm or hip sways to gauge the distance and subsequently calories burned. Outdoor actually grabs a GPS satellite to help with those measurements. The two yield vastly different results and I want the absolute most accurate.
Any thoughts?

If you're on a TM its indoor. If your outside, the GPS is used. IMO

I would think that outdoor walk feature would also include the different variations in level ground that may incur outdoors. Generally indoor walking is a flat surface. I would choose indoor if I were you.

    Treadmill.

Agree that indoor is for flat surfaces while outdoors take into account the different slight elevation changes

Indoor. GPS will not work very well in that kind of environment.
