Hi, me of all need tbe most motivation. Does anyone have a good workout plan that keeps your heart rate at 135 bpm with a full body workout?

Cycling worked for me.
But honestly I'd recommend making the top criteria of your work out plan "Is this fun". Any activity that you'll do more consistently because you look forward to it will likely give you far better results than some slightly 'better' activity that you dislike and have to force yourself to do.0
