Heya I am stuck in a rut . Working out 3-4 times a week and eating around 1200-1300 calories a day why am I not losing weight ?? I am totally fed up any suggestions

    Are you literally not losing weight, or is it like those 1200-1300 calories a day? Are you using a food scale?

    How much do you have to lose - what's your height and weight?
