    It's a scary to me to realize that loss of control

    Once I was staying at someone else's place, alone, and I woke in the morning and found that I had dumped the contents of a drawer out and ripped up a bunch of the persons photos. I felt like surely someone must have come into the apartment and done that, but the inside lock was in place...no denying it was me.

    I can hear "something" scratching and scurrying in the walls, or ceiling...hmmm
    ...probably a mouse but who knows for sure, it's a little unsettling
