Workout plan for resistance bands?

    You can do pretty much every workout with a resistance band.

    Just have to figure out how to hold or tie off the band to target the muscle group you want to work.

    Ex: Stand on it with one foot and then curl your arm toward your chest holding the band.
    Ex: Place it on the door knob and then hold it with both hands and twist your upper body away from the door
    Ex: Tie the band to the foot board of the bed, then place it over your heel facing the bed on your hands and knees, Kick your foot away from the bed(careful of whats behind your foot).

    Hopefully those help some and thats what you are asking.

    I just googled a beginner work out on you tube tonight quickly realized I need the low resistance bands as well as the medium

    Pick a strength routine, whichever one suits your goals (strong curves? new rules of lifting?) and figure out how to use the bands to mimic it.
