Losing 10kg in 3 months

Hey !

I'm so glad Im posting here about it. I did start a diet 3 months ago, I was at 89.9 at the end of June and this week I finally cross the 80kg line.

I have been struggling with motivation for exercise because going to the gym is time consuming and I couldn't see any rewards instantly. So I had to find an option that doesn't take extra time and kinda force me to do exercice. I found it. I did bought a road bike and commute to work by bicycle (35min twice a day). So instead of "wasting" time in the public transports, I use this time gap to do my exercices. On top of that I save the money I used before for the public transport.

So here is a hint for people that lose motivation to do exercices. Try to include the exercice in your mandatory daily tasks, it works for me beyond expectations.

    Congratulations! I'm almost in your shoes - I started at 89.7 on June 18th and am now at 80.2! Can't wait to see the 7 in front!

    I love riding my bike for exercise! I can’t commute but I ride all over town- to the bank, library, beach, DD 😁 etc. I feel like a kid again.
