Losing “Stubborn” Fat/ Anyone 10lb journey?

Used to be ideal weight. Gained it back and maintaining. Running, eating, all is about the same. Need to change something to lose something, but not sure what I can change.

Current 145lbs, Goal 135lbs
Want to eat more plants and fish to reduce cals. Want to be more active, including jog yoga dance

    Hi!! I'm new here and I am in the exact same situation!! I put on a out 10 pounds with the exact same lifestyle I had before and want to focus on shedding it!!
