Am I the only one super exhausted this week? Early autumn is not playing around with my energy levels, man.

Breakfast: apple turnover, coffee.

Lunch: homemade beef burrito, green salad.

Dinner: meatballs in red sauce, garlic bread, steamed broccoli.

Snacks: pretzels or apples, assuming I need a snack at all; it's kind of a heavy day, meal-wise.

    Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Beef with broccoli, white rice with spicy sauce

Snacks: Protein snack pack, protein drink, Monster Ultra

Dinner: Turkey Taco Soup with extra veggies

    Snack: Cinnamon Raisin bagel

Lunch: Pinto beans with onion, sauerkraut, and chopped jalapeno, coconut rice

Dinner: Roasted cauliflower with spicy peanut sauce, braised greens

breakfast - cold brew coffee with whole milk
snack - protein shake with skim milk
lunch - turkey/salami sandwich, cottage cheese, 2 mini cucumbers
snack - I might have an apple and peanut butter or I might not, depends if I get hungry.
dinner - hamburger, potato salad, and mixed roasted veg's. I cooked my potato's too long and it ended up being more of a mashed potato salad :( Still tasty though.

Also super tired. Just getting into the swing of things at a new job, week 2 back at weightlifting and my body's still adjusting, and the monthly. ): Hope next week is better!

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with parmesan, 2 strips of turkey bacon, a small biscuit.
    Morning Snack: Coffee with creamer
No lunch today due to a bunch of meetings. Was SUPPOSED to be an eggroll-in-a-bowl type thing.
Afternoon snack: 10 dinosaur chicken nuggets with 1 tbsp ranch, cottage cheese
Dinner: Buffalo chicken quesadilla, carrot and celery sticks with ranch
Post-Dinner: Either ice cream or a chocolate protein shake.

It’s actually 76 and sunny here in Manhattan/ it’s giving me a much needed happiness and energy boost!

@khoipondd - I’ll actually be leaf peeping in your neck of the woods in a week - I’ll pack sweaters! ☺️

    Breakfast: cappuccino

Lunch: tacoless taco salad with romaine, heirloom tomatoes & extra jalapeños and banana peppers. It can never be too spicy!
