How to train for a 1/2 marathon and incorporate weight training?

I just recently signed up for a 15K in early December and have been slowly building mileage since I didn't run all summer. Meanwhile, I started a strength training program 4 days a week, plus bike to work for a total of 6 miles a day. I feel like it's too much work on my lower half. I'd like to have at least 2 days of rest. Anyone have recommendations on a better workout plan incorporating all of the above? I'd appreciate it.

Prioritise running, drop the strength training to 2 x a week.
Cycle slowly so it's not a taxing ride.1
