Hey Guys!
I just binged a whole pack of Pringles and I feel super guilty now but I couldn't resist. Has this ruined my diet?

Its literally one moment in the grand scheme of things. It doesn't really matter. But I understand where you're coming from. I ate a cookie and thought I was spiraling out of control, when really it wasn't a big deal at all.

It all depends. What flavor of Pringles were these?

No, we have those days from time to time. Just try to do better tomorrow. When I want chips or other goodies, I use portion control and try to save a few extra calories for a yummy snack, if I crave one. 😊

Of course not. Either adjust your calorie intake for the day to compensate, go walking to burn some of the calories off, or just chalk it up to a bad day and do better tomorrow. Try to portion out your snacks in the future or log all your stuff in the morning and know exactly what you are going to eat for the rest of the day.
Stop thinking of your life as a diet and just know you are making a lifestyle change. It'll get better and easier that way.

I have been craving chips for two or three days now and am trying to figure out when I can work them into my day. Maybe that will be my lunch today. I don't look at them as bad, I just know they are very high calories and I can't have them everyday anymore. Just count them and move on!

I had this experience today too! No - let go of the guilt, log it, and move on. In the grand scheme of your life it’s a tiny blip x

1 tube of Pringles won't make you fat, just like 1 salad won't make you thin.
