I have spent most of my life heavy, but I have never been more disciplined than I have been the last week. Any encouragement or motivation to keep this mentality is always welcome. Please feel free to add me, always can use more friends.

Hi Mark. Sounds familiar. Its been a long time getting to the level of confidence and commitment to fitness I have now. On and off diets and routines. MFP makes being aware of what you eat and total calories much easier than before. Makes it easy to get back on track if you slip up.1
