Hi, I was going strong and active for the last three months and now I’ve hit a wall with exercise. How do I remotivate my routine?

What excersizes do you currently do ? Let's try and find a totally different workout routine to keep it fresh.

The law of diminishing returns is at work in exercise routines. That routine that yielded great results a couple of months ago wears out. Beware the temptation to double down by adding time or intensity to more of the same.

Do some research. Lots of science out there on fitness and exercise but it takes some time to separate the good stuff from junk. Look at YouTube for routines. Watch out for people trying to sell you stuff.

For me, cardio becomes boring. Lifting is always fun and exciting. It's nice to see your muscles transform over time. It's also a rush to push yourself and to hit new personal records.

I also get bored easily. I can't do the same monotonous routine each day. There are many apps, and as others said, YouTube videos, or classes you could take.
Hope you find something that works!
