Hi all -
Anyone well-informed re. Laxogenin effectiveness? beyond the regular BS we can find on the web after a quick search... Looking for some advice if it is worth it to start taking this supplement.
I am in a bulking so posting here though I assume this is can be helpful for cutting as well.
Thx beforehand

Examine.com is a great scientific resource on supplements, maybe check there?1

I don't know if this is of any help, seems a bit less BS than other sources

=garbage, waste of $$$. Yet another pharmaceutical failure re-marketed as a supplement; never studied in humans. The comparison to Oxandrolone is just hilarious & a marketing ploy5

That is a clickbait site selling the stuff.
From the Examine link above:
"A bunch of 'plant steroid' molecules (like ecdysteroids are insect steroids) that are present in relatively high amounts in mustard; still nowhere near enough to get jacked off of mustard. Have not been shown to be effective in humans yet, remains an unexplored research field."
"There is not enough information for a recommend dosage at this time."
Why would you even consider it? What are you hoping it will do?6 -

That site isn't selling it, at least not when I looked at it
But, I agree it's probably all BS0 -

The site is called PricePlow. It says right on the top Supplement Deals. There are ads for products everywhere.
If you go about halfway down in the "article" there is a paragraph header:
"What’s the best Laxosterone supplement on PricePlow?"
They have several different options and prices listed. The whole thing is an ad.2 -

Yeah, fair enough, point taken!0 -
I use it it comes mixed in my protein and bcaa's . Cant say I've noticed anything from it . I know some lifters who show and use it with cutting to help keep gains. To be honest it's probably not worth it at it's price point but hey if you got money to burn0

That seems like an extremely odd combination...sure you are confusing flax with laxogenin? But then again...supplement industry (sigh)0 -
Here’s something better: food, good lifting program, and hard work.1
