New to the Community

Hi There,
I am not new to MFP as such, but am new to the community. I have used the app on and off for years, but I think the truth is that you achieve your goals much more effectively when you don't try to do it on your own.
My ultimate goal is to weigh under 90kg, which means I need to lose another 11.6kg. I enjoy cycling, live in Cornwall (UK) and work from home.
Would be great to meet some similar minded people!

Hi John. We have this in common. I just started the community bit too. After slowly losing weight on my own, maybe the peer connection will help with the final push to my fitness goals.1
