Good morning All,

This year has been an emotional life changing roller coaster. I have been in a emotional and verbally abusive relationship. From that came weight gain and loss of confidence; however, I learned to put myself first and most importantly learn self love. It wasn't easy and it is a continues battle every day. I suffer from panic attacks, so going to the gym and eating right is really the key to my mental health. I hope we can start a dialogue to encourage each other. We need to stay committed and make ourselves accountable. Being in toxic relationships whether it be family or romantic can put a strain in our health, but with courage we can move on. It really comes down to conditioning our minds to positive thinking and being able to take inventory of who really deserves to be in our lives. Stay strong today work a little harder and give in to eating healthy! ~~ Kay
