Hi everyone, I’m new to my fitness pal and I really don’t know where to start..I want to put on a bit of weight as I’m a small 7st 5 and have no body confidence after having my little girl a year ago. Do I just need to make sure I’m eating enough(of the right foods), weight training and enough water/shakes ? Thanks in advance for any tips xx

Just eat more calories than you are burning to put on some weight!1
