Weight loss journey

    I'm new to fitness pal too...I want to drop 60lbs...I'm excited. Just finished week 4 with my personal trainer..you got this, we got this ladies!!!

    Hey there.
    I lost almost 30 lbs this year doing a couch to 5k program. I started with walking a min, running a min and now I can now run for an hour or 9 kms. I still eat burgers, pizza fries etc. I just don't over eat.
    As long as you start sweating you know it's working. Hope this helps, gl!
