How can I get more protein?

I’m doing great with my carbs but my fat grams are always a bit high and my protein is too low. What can I eat when I need protein but little/no fat?

Why no fat? Is there a medical reason? Fat is yummy and satiating for many people. I tend to feel fuller on fewer calories if I eat full-fat rather than reduced- or no-fat items.2
