Anyone doing the Rachel Hollis last 90 days challenge? How’s it going? What did you “give up”? What’s been working and what’s challenging?
I am really struggling to wake up an hour earlier...especially since I already wake up by 6:15 most days for work (Trying to not make excuses though!). Gave up sweetened creamer which has been okay so far. Getting my water and work-outs in too! Would love to keep up with anyone else doing this challenge so feel free to post here or add me as a friend.

I’m doing it and almost done! I could only keep up with two things: water intake and what I gave up (all sweets, candy, cookies, dessert etc) the matter has been hard but it almost over. Hope it went well for you too!!0
