Guys have you noticed that we have only 12 weeks with us for the next year!!!

So for the next 12 weeks let's challenge ourself with new challenges every week and make a resolution to start a healthier lifestyle hence forth.

Week 1 challenge:
do not eat outside food

Week 2 challenge:
say no to sugar

Week 3 challenge:
Exercise 4 times a week

Week 4 challenge
Climb stairs upto 10th floor everyday

Week 5 challenge
Limit your food portions (holiday)

Week 6 challenge:
Go for a walk (45-60 min ) everyday
