I SEE PROGRESS!!!

So this journey has been difficult, frustrating, and down right crappy at times....but in the end it will be so worth it! I kept this "before" picture as a reminder of what I never wanted to go back to. Lots of self pity/loathing, tons of depression due to my recent separation and an immeasurable amount of fear. I've overcome and conquered most of my demons. And I have to say I'm pretty damn proud of myself! Hope you all are reaching your goals, both in the scale and off! Have a safe and happy Saturday!
