need motivation just getting back started on my fitness journey...this time its for me

Hi everyone...rejoining after I let my weight get out of control and my fitness tank. Determined to make lasting changes this time. Am going to start working on my yoga certification. Wanting to lose about 30 pds to save my horse's back when I take him over jumps and just riding in general. Tired of looking like a weeble wobble (all of my weight is in my gut) you know you're in trouble when you cant tell where your boobs end and your tummy begins and/or you can use your gut as a plate shelf. Plus, I want to be able to hike, run, etc. again without being winded. I did NOT realize the closer you get to 50 the harder it gets (honestly, I did think the media was as full of it on this as they were on everything else). Anyway, enough typing ...time to get off my butt and get to it.
