too much protein

I am just wondering, I am thinking of pushing up protein intake. I know high protein diets are safe, but I am 180lbs and have 250 grams a day. Thinking of pushing to 275... keeps me full and well... I like protein. Just looking for thoughts.

unless you have kidney issues or the doctor has told you otherwise - 250-175 SHOULD be ok...i know guys who are in the 300g range with no issues1

Umm this.. just make sure you are getting adequate fat and fiber. Both are very important as well..1
