Hangovers and Dieting

Just wanted to take a minute to state how much I hate being hungover, especially when on a diet.
Lets just say last night I had a liquid dinner, and i'm paying for it today (ouch).
I'd love nothing more than to grab a nice greasy breakfast and huge class of chocolate milk to take this pain away

Instead: Plenty of water, and as many micronutrient- and antioxidant-rich veggies/fruits as you can tolerate. Lower fiber ones might be easier to handle. Juice is OK in this scenario. If you can, get some CV exercise**, not crazy strenuous but what you can manage; that's good, too. When you're up for it, add caffeine in your preferred form.
Trust reprobate granny here: Liquids, antioxidants, micros, movement. Then more liquids.
** Too late now, but exercise & hydration will do more for you at the end of a heavy night, before sleeping, than next day. For sure keep exercise moderate then, though.7 -
Pound water before going to bed0
