afternoon snack

Here is something that has worked for me with afternoon snacking especially around 3 0r 4 pm. I had read this in a magazine and it has worked for me for a couple of times.. pause to remember your last meal..
by taking a moment to remember how full you were after you ate last helped me to forget the candy bar I wanted and ate a fruit instead. I quess this works by tricking your brain that you are full. Anyway it did help me pass on the sweet stuff and stick to my diet.
