Just Joined #myfitnesspal in search for a better way to keep on top of my diet. I workout 5-6 times a week 60mins each, I mainly do weight training with abs at the end of my workout. If workouts need to be short I will do stair stepper. Ive been working out since 2000, so weight lifting is no problem, dieting is. While in Marine Corps 2004-2012, my daily activity was very high. Motivation to maintain strict diet has slipped slowly ever since.

You don't need to have a strict diet, just start logging and hitting your calorie goal, and make small incremental improvements to your diet over time. Perfection is often the enemy of progress. Don't be perfect, just be better :drinker:2
