Need some friends who are motivational and will help me lose.
I have plateaued and want to get over this bump.

    I went thru 2 five week plateaus this year. It was extremely challenging to keep on track. But I did and got past them. Turns out during those times, my body was recomping - I had taken measurements - and found that I was losing inches - fractions of inches. So, that was an ok excuse for the plateau - LOL. It can be so hard, though and discouraging - especially when you feel you're doing the best job you can to follow your meal plan and exercise.

    Just keep at it, weight loss isn't linear, you won't lose weight every week and some weeks you might even gain, keep a check on your logging accuracy and even if you don't see it on the scale, you might just be retaining water that is masking your fat loss.

    Do you have a specific diet you're following ?
