Postpartum fitness

Hello everyone, I just had a c-section 8 weeks ago and I am ready to kick this pouch!! I've lost all the pregnancy weight, but I still have more to lose. Excited to get started again, I've used this app before and it's extremely helpful at keeping me accountable.

    I am just starting up again too. I had a csection at the end of 2017, and did fine weight wise for the first 5 months then balloned from there. Now working to trim down and build muscle so I can easily keep up with my little one.
