I was pre-diabetic and had plantar fasciitis. I used to run way back when, and I could barely move with mout pain. Now, my blood sugar is in check, I’ve run a 5k, I’m signed up for a 10k and I do strength training, belong to a gym, crossfit and do yoga. Just looking for others to support their efforts and for them to support mine. Wouldn’t mind picking up some friends along the way!!!

Well done ! I've lost 95 and want to lose 25 more. I just started a new eating plan - Slow Carb - I'm on week 3, day 3 right now. I have a pretty diverse bag of workout tricks - LOL. Running, biking, walking, swimming, Zumba, elliptical, Spinning - I seem to favor cardio. Tho, I do dabble in strength training and yoga from time to time. (need to dabble more.) I'll send u a FR.

Good job losing the weight. I know the Plantars fascitis all to well myself * cheap shoes was my problem* I bought those crazy inserts sold in stores next to that machine that you stand on. They clear that issue up in a week Dr. Scholls i think its called they cost but over all cheaper then prescribed ones. As much as working out helps don't depend on it you need a proper diet. I flatlined on losing weight just working out alone and then i got my diet together right amount of proteins, fats etc. If i ever need to lose another 5 lbs quick i'll shave the beard off. Allison great job, I like doing Yoga it has helped with my back problems big time. i do a simple 5 min Stretch that has helped out a lot.

Great job! I was overweight and had plantar fasciitis and a grumpy knee. I have list 59 pounds (just 66 to go), and the feet and knees are both much happier!
