Easy peasy lemon dessert recipe

I am in love with this dessert so thought I'd share it!
You will need:
1kg of 0% Greek yogurt - I find Fage works the best.
2 lemons
1 can condensed milk
Combine lemon juice and zest with condensed milk, then mix in the yogurt. You can adjust the quantities according to your tastes. I use about 3/4 of a can of condensed milk which makes it reasonably sweet yet you still get the sharpness from the lemons which I love. You could use just one lemon if you're not keen on the sharpness. Leave overnight to chill and it will thicken up lovely. Can be frozen too.
This will make 8 portions - 173 cal and 13g protein in each one.
