Net calories = consumed - workout. So if you eat 1500 and burn 500 your net calories = 1000
You eat them back to properly fuel your body and mitigate muscle loss. Not all weight loss is the same. Muscle loss means fat retention which means longer until you hit a low enough body fat % to get that body you want.
Question is, what is your goal? Skinny or fit? Like I always say, skinny makes you look good in clothes but fit makes you look good naked.0 -

Well that depends on a lot of things. Age, gender, height, weight, goal, activity level, BMR, etc etc.0
