Need motivational friends

I’ve always been one to lose weight just to give up and gain it all back ... need help staying motivated!! I’m down 5lbs working out every day and eating right. Any suggestions or workouts to suggest? I have the knees of a 90 year old woman lol

    I'd recommend trying Fitness Blender (https://www.fitnessblender.com/), I suffer from some knee pain after running but they nearly always offer a low impact alternative or a work out that is just low impact which really helps plus they have lots of free workouts.
