I’m so tired of diving in hard core and loosing some weight and than getting frustrated and gaining it back... it’s a vicious cycle! Hopefully I can find some accountability and stick to it! The hot summer is over and it’s time to get serious!

Don't go hard core. Make small changes that you can stick with for life otherwise gaining the weight back is likely and you will continue on this yoyo cycle.8

I agree with Lilymoo01. Make any changes you can live with in a positive direction. Make your life comfortable with a series of small changesand then you’ll be happy and successful. You can do it!3

Yea you definitely have to start small . If you stop and alter everything cold turkey you will shock your body. Start with something simple. This week only drink water.. next week only drink water and cut out bread.. just step into it like that .. so that your body adjusts like it should..2

Ask anyone who has successfully lost and maintained and they will tell you exactly what has been said here. Lose at a reasonable pace and make changes you can stick to for the rest of your life. That's the only way to get the weight off for good. Hang in there and take your time.2

All of these people ^^ are right! Follow their lead and you will not go wrong. As long as it takes, it's about changing habits and staying the course. It doesn't happen overnight or even in a few weeks, it's more a life change. Trust these people, they've all been there. Go on.. you know you want to3
