Frustrated

I’m so tired of diving in hard core and loosing some weight and than getting frustrated and gaining it back... it’s a vicious cycle! Hopefully I can find some accountability and stick to it! The hot summer is over and it’s time to get serious!

    Consistency and patience are key to losing weight long term. Don't go at it so hard. Eat foods you like that fit your calorie goal. Make sure you goal is realistic then trust the process to work over time.

    I weigh myself every day and use the weight trending app Libra this shows me daily fluctuations and helps me to understand the overall trend of my weight loss.
