lose the remaining lbs

my goal is to loose 55lbs ,i have lost 29 lbs ,but now my body's metabolism has slowed down a bit i think its hitting a plateau and i am struggling to loose the rest of my 26 lbs any suggestions on this would be appreciated.

    Don't blame metabolism, you can sort that bit by moving a bit more.

    Have you reduced your calorie intake with your weight loss? If you once lost eating say 2000 calories a day now that you are 29lbs lighter that number of calories will have reduced.

    How long since you lost any weight? if its more than 4 weeks then you need to look at your calorie intake. If you aren't already using a food scale to weigh your foods then its time to start. So much of weight loss stalls happen because we are simply eating more than we think we are. The food scale will be eye opening.
