Treadmill help

I don't know if this is where to post something like this so my apologies if not. I just bought a treadmill and within 3 minutes of using it, it began making an insanely loud jackhammer type noise. I turned it off, then back on, and it did it again. I'm wondering if any of you know what this is? I googled it but only found results on bad rotor noises which this is much louder than. I'm hoping before having to call a repair man that someone has some magic information that can help me fix it lol. Thanks.

I bought it new btw. It had great reviews and no mention in reviews of anything like this happening.0

Sounds like you need to contact the supplier and have them sort it out for you.2

You might try zeroing out the TM - turn it on, put the incline to maximum, then when it has gone up, put it back to zero. My granddaughter screwed up mine one by changing speeds and inclines too quickly and that fixed the problem If that fails, call the people you bought it from.0

Did you assemble this yourself? You need to return it.
