I’m 20 years old just starting off taken care of my body but I need some help on nutrition, I want to build lean muscle and I know what you eat is a big part of it. If anyone can give me some tips on maybe what they eat throughout the day so I can get a idea that would be helpful. Thanks!

    I am eating a lot right now as I am bulking, 3750 cals, 328g carb, 323g protein, and 132g fat. Keep in mind this is for me, my goals, and my body. You will be different than this. Find a TDEE calculator on line and find your maintenance level, and build off of that. See how your body responds to different cals and macros.

    As for what I eat I keep it simple and eat the same thing all the time so I know without running a food diary what I am eating as far as cals and macros go.
    Basically steak, yams, spinach, broccoli, protein bread, peanut butter, protein powder, skim milk, and a carb powder.
