Really need to lose

So I just quit smoking, i didnt think it would be that bad, but after not going to the gym for two months (I mainly lift weights and go for muscle gains), i finally weighed myself, 300lbs, this is literally the heaviest ive ever been and gotta admit that its embarassing. So i am deciding to take a step in the right direction. I have to do this for myself otherwise it will only get worse.
