I would say that 99% of weight loss is about food. Eat a little less of it than needed to maintain your weight and you'll lose. The easiest way to accomplish this is to log food here every day and learn about nutrition and satiety.
I spent a good bit of time reading threads on this site for motivation and insight. The Success Stories forum is really good for that.
Yoga sounds wonderful.
Good luck with your goals. One day at a time.

For me, A weight loss journey is best traveled alone. If I depend on other people to motivate me and .. if they let me down -- it can become an excuse for me to give up too.
I find a lot of motivation coming here.. reading the posts and connecting with other people doing the work it takes to be fit and healthy. Then I log out.. go back to my kitchen alone and do the real work it has taken to lose the weight. That's controlling what I put in my mouth whether I'm motivated or not.0
