I’m back again! I got up to 125 lbs and began moving, a new college, etc. I slacked off and lost 23 lbs!! Didn’t even attempt to maintain. Didn’t realize how much I was losing until I went to put on pants for fall weather and they literally fell off of me.
I’m back on my gain journey. Believe it or not, it’s just as hard if not harder for those of us with medical conditions or even just fast metabolism to gain weight!
I’m currently making new shake recipes. I split my powder scoops up into 2 shakes. Total calories for both shakes is 2,720!! It’s amazingly delicious and exceeding the calorie intake I need to gain a lb a week! So, with those 2 shakes plus my normal meals I’m looking at 1.5 lbs a week!
I’m looking to create a thread with high calorie recipes! Nothing below 1,500 per shake (one scoop plus ingredients). Please give me exact measurements! Right now MY FAV:
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 TBS of peanut butter
1/2 cup of brownie batter ice cream
1 scoop of my bulk powder
Please share with me your fav high calorie recipes ! The tastier the better

One of my friends I workout with struggles to gain weight and maintain muscle mass. I see how hard it is for her. It’s definitely not easy1
