Road to competition

After suffering several major injuries and three surgeries the doctors told me I would never lift again. Being a former competitive powerlifter, Irish, and a soldier, its not in my nature to roll over and quite. So i have a new coach and a goal to NPC competition ready. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you in the community in your goals. You got these, I'm here for you.
